On Jan 20th, our company organized plant situation briefings delivered to retired veterans/cadres. 14 cadres were gathered and witnessed the development of the company, and shared their passions for aviation. Pu Yi, CEO and general manager, Zhou Pengcheng, secretary of the Party Committee, Liu Yangdong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee provided warm welcome to everyone and greetings for the spring new year.
Management reported to cadres in details about business conditions in 2015, and explained in details the strategic planning for the ‘13th five year’.The new and old generations of aviators conducted in-depth communication and discussion regarding the development history and development reforming ideas for the company. The veterans also visited the newly built audio-visual experience room for laser projector, research and development labs, as well as production sites. After witnessing the rapid changes and the achievements from 4 major business, the old generation all expressed that there are talents in the new generation and congratulated on the achievements the company had ensured.
